Hi guys, Today I went back to one of my older routines – you can find the pictures and descriptions for this workout here . The only thing that you will need for this workout is your timer – I am using my cool new black Gymboss Interval Timer to keep track of my time. It’s really nice to have this ever growing collection of killer exercises to choose from – it takes all of the guess work out of my fitness routine

Hi guys, I originally did this workout way back on November 17th 2009, and it’s one of the workouts that I enjoyed so much the first time that I have been looking forward to getting back to it to see if I can beat my personal best. Today I managed to complete this workout in 19 minutes and 3 seconds

Hi Guys, This workout made my day
Ladies and gentlemen I feel like a champion, and not just because I have completed another workout. I made this workout a lot shorter and not by cutting down on the reps or by skipping some exercises. I made this workout shorter by being a lot stronger and faster.
